Tata Motors’ Electric Mobility Unit Signs MoU for Potential Purchase of Ford's Gujarat Plant

India’s Tata Motors announced on Monday that its electric mobility unit has signed an agreement to potentially acquire Ford Motor's vehicle manufacturing facility in Gujarat. The company signed an MoU with the government of Gujarat to acquire Ford plant in Sanand.
