SolarWinds Hackers Linked to Known Russian Spying Tools, Kaspersky Investigators Say

The group behind the global SolarWinds cyber-espionage campaign discovered last month deployed malicious computer code with links to spying tools previously used by suspected Russian hackers, researchers said.
